I wanted to share some feedback about my check‑in experience last night. After a long day of travel, I arrived fairly late and provided my information at the front desk. I was told there was no reservation under my name, which was surprising. I stepped aside to avoid holding up the line, but I noticed the next guest had a similar issue and their reservation was located immediately.
I then had to re‑enter the line, and before I could show my confirmation, my reservation was suddenly found. While the staff member did offer a brief apology, the situation caused unnecessary stress and delay. A clearer acknowledgment of the inconvenience would have gone a long way.
I’m sharing this not to complain, but because I value good service and believe this is something that can be improved for future guests.
I have stayed at this hotle multiple times. It is beautiful and in a wonderful location. It has a nice breakfast and a small but well stocked fitness center.
It would be 5 stars if the staff would be kinder and welcoming.
