During my stay, I found the staff support to be lacking. I called the front desk for help with the TV, and they said they would send someone up. After waiting about 45 minutes with no response, I went down to the front desk again and was told someone would come up shortly. Eventually, someone did come and turned the TV on, but the remote didn’t work.
I returned to the front desk to request batteries and was asked to leave the remote there. An hour later, no one had come by, so I went back again and finally received a replacement remote — which also didn’t work because the TV required a Roku remote.
In addition, the vending machines in the lobby were poorly stocked, and several were out of order.
Overall, the response time and service quality were disappointing and made the stay far less convenient than expected. Needless to say I am definately not returning to this hotel.
