Overall, this place has seen better days. The exterior of the property is pretty rundown, one might even say dingy. Parking is very tight and the small lot and if the back lot was used I'm not sure how cars would get in and out.
As the picture show, they definitely provided some upgrades in the rooms. While these were not exactly like putting lipstick on a pig, they were superficial at best. The air conditioner/heating unit was old and loud. There were places on the walls that looked worn and scratched. The bed frame itself was a creaky, metal frame reminiscent of something you might find in your grandparents basement.
