Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here. Our family of 4 booked their 2 bedroom with the 2 twins layout for the kids. Our check in was late (we arrived a little after midnight) and found the room to be so dirty, as if no one had ever cleaned the place before. There was no one at reception after hours so I emailed the front desk and no one responded until late morning the next day. We were so exhausted and they didn’t respond so we had to stay the night but the room was so bad that we booked another place to stay for the rest of our trip. The next morning they offered a refund but only for the unused nights. I feel like this hotel is one of those that scams people into thinking they’re a reputable business just to collect one night’s stay and then they do a quick turnover to collect a night from the next victim. The washer and dryer was molded and smelled so bad. The oven is covered in food and debris. There’s mold in the shower. Heavily stained chairs. I’m very disappointed hotels.com is allowing this establishment on their platform.
