Our stay had several challenges that made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. The building itself appears somewhat outdated, and we experienced an issue accessing the entrance door. The access code provided did not work on the exterior door, and we had to call the support number to have someone let us in, which resulted in about a 15-minute wait. Unfortunately, this access issue was never fully resolved during our stay.
Inside the building, the hallways felt humid and did not seem well ventilated. In our room, the smoke detector appeared to be taped in place, which raised some safety concerns, especially since there was a noticeable cigarette odor. We also encountered a few bugs in the room. Additionally, one of the bathroom walls had a visible crack that looked like it had been patched and painted over.
Due to these concerns, we requested a refund and submitted photos to support our claim. However, we did not receive a response from the manager or operations officer. We also had difficulty reaching customer service for updates, despite calling multiple times. As of now, we have not received any communication regarding our refund request.
We hope the management can address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
