I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Days & Night Inn. As a frequent business traveler, I expected a standard of quality that was unfortunately not met during this visit.
The room provided number 109 was dirty, and the towels were stained and in poor condition. I did not notice the state of the towels until after I had showered, leaving me with no choice but to use a small hand towel. Furthermore, when I requested a room change, the alternative offered was in a similar state.
Due to these conditions, I stayed for less than 15 minutes before checking out and booking a room at another hotel. I attempted to cancel my reservation through the app, but was unable to do so as the check-in time had already passed.
Given that the accommodations were unacceptable and I could not stay in the room, I am requesting a full refund for this booking. I look forward to your prompt response regarding this matter.
