The process of checking in was efficient and effortless. Upon arrival to my room, i noticed there was mold in the bathtub and a roach came from the sink drain. I had a hold on my card, so i was unable to just check out and be able to check into another hotel due to these issues. I notified the staff and they said housekeeping would take care of it while i was away running errands. I came back to the room and there were no bugs, but there was still mold in the tub, untouched. So, being the clean person that i am, i sprayed it down with bleach and let it sit for a while to resolve that issue. Over the course of my stay other issues arrived, which is understandable, but the lack of communication and accountable between the staff was what drew the line for me. The guest dryer was broken and i was told by the male staff member that they would dry my clothes in the staff laundry room for the inconvenience. When i came to the front desk for the next shift, they had no idea what the male staff was talking about, so i ended up having to go to a laundry mat. There were several nights/days in which the hot water in the room was not working. I notified staff and the issue was resolved after a few days. I work long shifts and to come to my room with no hot water to shower was a huge inconvenience. On the day of check out, i asked for a late check out to bridge the gap between the check in time for the hotel that i transferred to. I would not return to this hotel due to the inconvenience.
