One of the pillows has blood on it, the bathroom was filthy, the phone didn’t work, one of the lightbulbs was out. We spoke to the manager, George, and he was very argumentative he was not helpful or apologetic at all. He sent a lady with a rag and a bottle of Clorox to the room. We asked for a new room. George said they had no rooms available. Then one magically became open so he sent a lady up with key cards for us. So when we finally got all moved over to the new room we asked George for some kind of compensation and he refused and he was very loud and argumentative with us. Never apologized for a filthy room with blood spots on the pillow. In the morning we called down as asked for a late check out and George refused and said we needed to leave at regular check out time. We said we needed to be compensated for the time we spent moving in and out of rooms. So he let us stay for one hour extra. George, the manager was another example of very poor customer service that is everywhere these days. The room was disgusting and I would have just left but everything was booked for graduation weekend in this town. Next time I will read reviews and pay attention to what others write. Hopefully this helps another family. Good luck out there guys
