Not 4 star
Based on our 3 nights stay here I’m overall disappointed in this hotel claiming to be a 4 star hotel (in my experience, having travelled globally for the past 30 years, it is not!).
PRO’s:
- Spacious rooms
- Recently renovated bathrooms in B section
- decently cozy compound and layout
- Food at snack bar was good
- Reception was friendly
CON’s:
- Eating at breakfast and dinner among screaming, out of control kids, taking food with their hands, tasting food and putting it back, is a hygienic nightmare.
- Food quality is generally low and definitely not 4 star
- Coffee at snack bar was virtually undrinkable
- Hotel is generally worn down in many areas, eg so called “spa area” and halls
- Pool and public areas are dominated by small kids (we travelled with teenagers)
If traveling to this part of Mallorca again I’d choose another accommodation.
