The staff was AMAZING! There were just some things that bothered us. There was no way to let Housekeeping know we needed service. Nothing to hang on the door. Housekeeping knocked on our door just once during our stay. Breakfast was lacking a bit more variety. Maybe some breakfast potatoes, grits, muffins and cinnamon buns/pastries would have been nice options. I tried calling the Front Desk multiple times for room issues/general information and couldn't get through. I finally went down to the Lobby to report the water coming out of our AC. It was promptly fixed, but the whole situation left me disappointed with my ability to reach hotel staff if I needed to. The parking system didn't provide me with any kind of invoice for parking fees, not by text or email. So I have no idea what I paid for parking. Every hotel has issues/challenges. Recognizing they exist is the first step. Then, it's how they choose to overcome them that matters. We'd consider visiting again, but with misgivings.
