Disappointing Experience ā Not Recommended
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was marked by a series of issues that should not occur at a property of this level.
The check-in process was extremely slow, and the front desk staff were unfriendly, cold, and struggled to communicate in English. There was a clear difference in the way local guests were treated compared to foreign tourists, which was both disappointing and disheartening.
We were not provided with the blue card required to access beach services, and our requests regarding this were ignored.
At the restaurant, hygiene was a concern ā there were flies everywhere. While some waiters were polite, the overall attitude toward foreign guests was indifferent, and it often felt like service depended on tipping. At the bars, we were largely ignored unless we offered a tip.
At the coffee shop, I ordered a cappuccino and received a regular coffee instead. When I pointed out that it was missing the milk foam, the milk was brought separately in a different glass ā an unprofessional solution.
We stayed in room 426, and one night someone tried to force open the connecting door to the adjacent room. It was a very frightening experience, especially since I was alone with my daughter. I attempted to call the reception desk at that moment, but no one answered.
Additional concerns:
⢠Missing towels in the bathroom;
⢠The fridge in the room was not working;
⢠The towels provided were in terrible condition ā yellowed, stained
