During my stay, in the morning, we woke up to no lights in the room and some receptacles had no power. I had to take a shower in the dark. When, we went down to the breakfast area, the elevators were not working, lights were flickering in the hotel hallways and in the breakfast area. The breakfast items were cold and no juices or were water were made available. Prior to checkout, I asked about a partial credit for the inconvenience and they told me a manager was going to contact me. After several days I had not received any call. I called the hotel and the lady who picked up was argumentative claiming the the power outage and occurred only in the last minutes of my stay. This was not true since I woke up at 6am to get ready and checked out at 8:20pm. In any case, extremely poor customer service by their staff. My other coworkers stayed at the nearby Fairfield and had no issues. I guess if you want to have a pleasant time with no issues it "does matter where you stay". Don't recommend.
