False advertisement, terrible hospitality
The trip was absolutely terrible. From the website I booked a king double suite and when I get there to check in, he gives me a king bed one room so I walk back and I say I ordered the double room and he tells me we don’t even have those here so I booked a room from Hotels.com that they didn’t even offer. So then I have a room with one bed in it and three people. I don’t have enough beds for the amount of people that I had with me. I went to go ask for an extra blanket and an extra pillow and whoever was working the counter said we don’t have any extra blankets and he tried to give me a pillow without a pillowcase and said that’s all that he had. Then after one day, we had dirty clothes so I asked for a bag to put our dirty clothes in and he told me he didn’t have any more bags and gave me a 50 gallon trash bag to put my dirty clothes in in the future, I probably will not book with Hotels.com because of this website error I had planned on having enough beds for two families to stay and had to turn away family members because of the booking error highly dissatisfied.
