Arrived and followed instructions about special code for each room. Letter said Unit 1 and we settled in. Only 1 towel and no glasses. Fire alarm in hall went off twice. Called owner to get a towel for my wife, said someone would be right over, waited for 3 hours and no one came. Told him about common room having a sink full of dirty dishes and trash on the floor. Returned at 10:15 PM to find all our belongs out in the hall.
Contacted owner and he said we were in wrong unit. Apparently email sent after we had already left on vacation changed room to 4 instead of original letter from Hotels.com and their own site. HOWEVER, code did work for room 1 so I don't know what was going on. Moved to another hotel costing us a lot more a night for 3 nights. Owner refused to return cleaning fee - I supposed it paid for kicking us out of our room. NO MESSAGE FROM OWNER ABOUT THE PROBLEM! Dangerous to have all your belongs, electronics and medicines in the public unattended. Will not be booking there again.
