I waited several times as my room key stopped working, therefore waiting for someone to generate a new key longer than usual.
I did pay for a room with “premium bedding and snacks! Premium bedding was two nicer pillows on each bed! No snacks or acknowledgements!
Day/night one the toilet ran constantly, if you attempted to cut the water, the valve would spray huge amounts of water. I had to report for work at 4:40 am, no one answered the front desk nor the telephone.
After returning to the hotel at 1:50 am after a long humid rainy day of work there was NO HOT WATER!!! I called the front desk repeatedly with no answer. I went back down the front check in and no one was there!
I returned to my room called once more, and so I packed up and left the hotel at 2:22 AM. I managed to find someone who was a representative of the hotel outside smoking told her my discontent, as well as I wrote on my key card envelope my name, my phone number and the issues with the hot water and the running toilet. There has been No response!
But I recognize this is not a luxury hotel. The conditions are very undesirable, especially with no accountability.
The overall aesthetics of the red roof, Inn is nice but the amount of people outside all hours of the night in the parking lot and on the balconies is disturbing!
