Do not stay here if you have any accessibility needs or might need any special accommodations - the hotel is not equipped, and the staff will not offer any support or solutions.
My mom suffered an injury during our trip - I booked with the Hilton noting the international brand and hoping it would be accessible.
Here, the handicap entrance is very far from the parking lot/drop off point. The hotel does not provide a wheelchair for guest use. All the double bed rooms are very far from the elevator.
Please note - every other hotel we stayed at had a wheelchair and made efforts to accommodate my mother and do anything to make her comfortable. Not Hilton.
Here, I initially came into the hotel and asked the staff for a wheelchair - the lady at the desk said they did not have one but would look and would ask the manager.
Later, when I returned, they did not have any solution. I asked the staff follow up with management - Nikil Mehta jumped in and said "I am the manager and we do not have a wheelchair." There was no apology or remorse expressed. It was very matter of fact - that your mom's injury is your problem and the hotel does not care.
Even more, they did not provide us with any rooms on the first floor - and the room we were assigned was very far from the elevator.
Finally, I asked whether the shuttle driver could park closer to the entrance for pick up - nope, the Hilton would not accommodate.
Overall very disappointing.
