Room is cleaner than most the others in the area and always has been.the staff is amazing here and they even worried about my pregnant dog, as did i, after a routine visit from pest control.. i’ve never encountered roaches and i wish i can say continue to not have had that issue , but i did have a few babies come in the room and yes, they died rather quickly before and after the treatment. they are diligently tackling the issue which is due to the growing transient issue from the recession. they take great care and pride in their work and the environment they provide to their guests! i wasn’t aware they accept pets at all and my baby having babies was accepted in like a family member and i wasn’t charged a fee! when we had a hiccup with a clients payment coming thru on time (very frustrating part of our pressure washing detailing and cleaning business) they allowed some leniency which was a relief from past experiences . the hot tub was a nice addition! the ac is kicking as well as the heater with no burning smell. Ample towels provided, no annoying knocks by maids trying to shove you out. room got a little bit of humidity condensation which left me amazed their was no mold anywhere, some neighbors were a little nosey but we all can be in sketchy places and this hotels always felt like a safe haven amongst the rest of the other hotels in the surrounding “strip”
