After checking into room 327, I immediately noticed a distinct smell. I couldnāt quite place it until I used the restroom for the first time. While sitting on the toilet, it suddenly bubbled up and nearly overflowed, forcing me to jump off mid-use. Thankfully, it eventually went down.
Later, I left for a few hours to visit the casino. When I returned, the toilet had overflowedādespite no one being in the room. I called the front desk, along with my brother from rooms 417 and 317, to report the issue. We were told someone would come to snake the toilet and address what was clearly a sewage-related problem. The smell alone was overwhelming and concerning, and I believe it posed a serious health code risk.
The odor made me physically ill and ruined my first nightās stay. When I brought it up again to the front desk the next morning, I was moved to a different roomābut no one offered an apology, compensation, or anything to make up for the inconvenience. Except for $27 dollars off my first night!!
To make matters worse, management claimed there was no record of any of the calls we made for help. This was my first time staying here, and unfortunately, it may very well be my last.
