The check in person was sullen and hard to understand. The bathtub was moldy so neither of us wanted to bathe. There was only one set of towels and we were unable to get more. First trip down from the third floor (no elevators) the clerk said they didn't have any. 2nd trip- no one at the desk. 3rd trip we were given 3 bath mats and 1 bath tower, all dirty and stained. The maintenance man came to replace 2 lightbulbs and said he'd get us some towels. He never came back. The neighbor hood was sketchy,. That's hard to know when booking online. Checking out was simple, but I could not get a receipt with the hotel name. Price, and date all on the same page. We will not be back...ever!
