Did not have a good experience booking here. Booked a suite for here and got the run around by the counter person. Said my suite was dirty due to a late check out and it was not available. So I had to pay extra for a double queen room. She went to check my room out and came back down 10 mins later told me. My suite isn't ready and the only room available was a double queen. I got in my room and noticed it was hastily put together. The linen was not clean. Bar of soap was pre used and my pillow has and blanket had stains on it. Checking out I was told I needed to speak to manager before leaving. She was not there counter person she had ran to the bank and I was given a run around again when I called up there and hour later. I have been pretty patient thru all this and I want this resolved. I'm not happy at all with the unprofessionalism. If u didn't have a room available then just disclose it so I can make other arrangements.
