Fraudulent Credit Card Charges, Moldy Room

Owner used my credit card to make small $5-10 deposit for my stay and extension which I never saw on my card. It wasnt until I left that she hit my card with a $375 and $275 charge which I'm disputing and hopefully getting her merchant account revoked. The place was moldy and the microwave didn't work. Police were there almost every night. DO NOT STAY HERE THE OWNER ENGAGES IN DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES

Unauthorized Charges

This place should be removed from Hotels.com the owner showed up and broke into my suite then tried to throw us out and keep the money from the rest of our stay. Look at these fraudulent charges on my Amex card. All these nice round numbers is her just arbitrarily charging my card until it maxed out. If there was any merit to any charge she would have just charged that amount. Breaking into our room with an accomplice is a crime in itself, we did not consent to this. Stay away from this filthy slum it doesn't even have working microwaves nor a paved lot nor breakfast as advertised.

Terrible Owner, Health Hazard

No ice machine because this place is Hell. Owner illegally invaded my privacy then put a fraudulent $275 charge on my card to retaliate because her false report to police failed to yield her malicious results. This place is classless and run by a wretched hag who retaliates instead of taking accountability for her mistakes. She was so Hell bent on making displays of power, it was relatively easy to expose her as a lying, privacy-invading hothead slumlord of a spider-infested, unkempt mold garden, see photos of her inside my room without consent trying to effect an immediate self-help eviction because I told her to get out of my hotel room, right before she pantomimed pretending to be in fear to show how comfortable she was with making a false 911 call.

Don't stay here

The whole experience was horrible I showed up at office at 830 to check in and it took 2 hrs to get me a key to my room when I walked in with my kids there was someone in the shower. After letting the owner know and waiting another 30 min I got another room and walked in to stained sheets pillows and cigarette holes and smell throughout room a broken blow dryer and broken knob to AC so it was stuck on one mode ..after I went down to office a third time and told owner she flipped out and started saying if I don't like it to sleep in my car with my kids ....she refused to give me a refund. After yelling at me she finally gave me another room that had no toilet paper no TV remote and only one pillow for two queen beds. I went down to office for the fourth time to let her know and she did not care. All this happening while my two kids were waiting in car to get into a room. Most unprofessional customer service I ever had.

We needed a bottom floor, as my mom was in a wheelchair, so they ā€œupgradedā€ us to a suite. The beds looked like they had been laid on, on top of the blankets, the shower had boogers wiped on the walls and had NOT been cleaned, the floors were dirty, and the mirror had splatters all over it. It was disgusting. Someone came to clean the bathroom, but it had so much ick to it. They advertise breakfast, but there was not a breakfast. We were told it would be there at 8:00, there was nothing. There was only one towel. There was only one hand towel, and there wasnā€™t any toilet paper. There was also only one pillow but two beds. There should have at least been 4 pillows. She also forgot to give us the remote for the tv. This room was $89 it was disgusting.

I was in the bathroom on the phone when I noticed shadows under the door. A woman claiming to be the owner and a trainee with freshly tinted red hair were inside my suite. The woman became belligerent and began yelling for me to leave and believed I was not a registered guest, which I am. She then told me to get my property and get out repeatedly and kept yelling "Get out! Get out!" I am so traumatized right now as I write this. She wouldnt stop yelling then she threatened to call police, then she called 911 and made a false report saying something about me and a firearm. This review I am giving is 100% TRUE, this woman and her trainee would both fail a polygraph exam if they disputed one word of this review. She violates Arizona's Innkeeper Landlord-Tenant Law by entering without consent and she attempted a self-help eviction caught on camera. Police arrived and were very nice to me, I had to call 911 myself due witnessing her threaten to make a false report then carry it out in an attempt to manipulate law enforcement into doing her bidding. Halfway through this classless, unlawful invasion of privacy and quiet enjoyment of my room, the trainee showed her my registration and she knew she was wrong, her self-realization that senility had overcame her was quickly squelched by belligerence now fortified with a flagrant con game w/ the false report, it was as if she was training the girl how to be a slumlord hag void of virtue. NEVER BOOK HERE THE OWNER DOES NOT RESPECT THE LAW

Never stay here

For starters, they take a copy of your credit card when you check in. There is $100 refundable that possibly might not get refunded to depending on how you talk to the manager at the lodge. The rooms didnā€™t come with the trashcan. We had to go buy your own pillows and blankets. You had to pay to use the ice machine there and the continental breakfast is actually a snack to go kind of items and youā€™re only allowed to take one serving. The office was not always open for breakfast on time. Some of the managers and owner has poor customer service skills that are very necessary for this type of business

Horrible place to stay

I showed up in order to stay one night with my family. I was told my room was not ready and due to that I was upgraded to a suite after waiting two hours I was told to come back in an hour after three hours. I was told that my room would not be ready and they had no rooms available That I needed to find another hotel. The staff is poorly professional. The housekeeping looks like they are on drugs. I had somebody tell me they were waiting eight hours for blankets to be put in their room. That place definitely is not family friendly.

Disaster by the river

Check in is at 3pm, but there was a sign on the front lobby door, saying, we cant check in until 4pm. After checking in after 4pm, the rooms still werent cleaned and ready. Several people had to wait for there room while they cleaned it. There's no remote for the tv, and after asking for a remote, them telling me that room sevice will drop it off, never came. Another person tried to open my hotel room door because the front desk apparently double booked the same room for two different parties. Theres a $100 deposit, and you have to hold onto the receipt and turn it in to the front lobby to get your deposit back.

Best deal in Bullhead City... Nice place near everything. They have river view suites and a pool. What's not to like? Really nice.

We arrived to check in at 5pm on a Saturday. The entire staff, went to pick up lunch, so we had to wait for them to get back. The entire staff. One could have stayed and kept the office open. We had no towels in our room. The queen sized bed that was advertised in our room, was actually a double bed on a queen size frame. There were rings in the toilet and it was overall, not clean. Went back to the office to get towels and it was closed, again. The coffee mentioned, did not have sugar or cream. Once again, in the morning, went l check out, and the office was closed. There is no continental breakfast, office was not open. Shocking. There was no garbage bin in the room.

Raw sewage

5:00 woke up to the entire room flooded with raw sewage and all of our belongings soaked. I call office and walked to the actual lobby door twice and no one answered. I called later in the day for a refund. We will see if I get a credit. Worst experience Iā€™ve ever had.

We arrived the the hotel and waited an hour and a half to check in. There were other guests there who were having trouble checking in because their rooms were not ready, another guest had trouble checking in because the room key was not working and they couldnā€™t get in the room the lady at at the desk said she could open it with the master key but someone would have to stay in the room till the next day to get it sorted out. Then another guests key opened multiple rooms and was going around checking other rooms to see if the key worked. We finally got into our room and sheets had stains on them . There was a chair in the room that was fabric and it was practically black from filth. The toilet was loose, the shower curtain was shrunk and didnā€™t cover the whole opening. The mattress on one of the beds definitely lived its life as you could feel the wires. There were people drinking and smoking all night in the parking lot and to top it off we told the lady at the front desk that there was no remote control for the TV, she said she would bring one but she never did. When we checked out no one was in the office because I wanted to make sure they didnā€™t charge me for the remote control. After our event I tried calling to speak to them about it and the lady at the front desk was so rude and said they were charging us for the remote. Why? I told them it wasnā€™t there and they want to charge $25 for a remote that was never there. What am I gonna do witha remote for the cheap tv?

Horrible place to stay!!!!

I paid for a king bed but there was no sheets on it, I pulled back the mattress cover and it looked like someone had been murdered, stains and blood all over the mattress. Fortunately there was another bed in the room so I didnā€™t have to sleep in it. Told the front desk and all they did was bring me sheets that she had stripped off a bed in another room and wanted me to make the bed. Room was dirty, there was no ice, there was left over food in the cabinets, dog poop was all over the grounds, you could smell it.

The room stunk like cigarettes. They charge $35 a day for a dog and there was so much dog feces along the fence in the parking area I couldnā€™t walk my dog there. Everything is old and filthy. Maintenance is minimal
