I booked this hotel because it was mentioned that this is a family friendly property . We were put up in an isolated building far away from the main building .The two rooms we got were on different floors. Next day our keys stopped working , our phones did not work , the building was so outdated that even to enter the room we had to go through an outdated elevator and an open area . There was no one i could talk to when our keys stopped working and there was no way to contact the main building as our room phones were broken(both the rooms) . i called the office through my phone and no one picked up. We had the worst experience and complained to the main office the next day . They then moved us to a new building on the second day of our stay . Why were we put in such a bad building and room when we are paying more than 1300 dollars for our stay . I do not expect hotels.com to randomly assign us bad rooms .It caused so much inconvenience to us as we had 3 kids with us
