The morning front desk woman and bar tender are the only reason I gave as high as two stars. My sister's room was opened and a bloody tampton left in it while we were out and about.. Then we got stuck in the elevator between floors that night. We called the night desk staff and he said responders are already on the way and hung up on us. The hotel never tried to make up for the incident, in any way and the valet tried to turn us away to another lot. Then I got charged for valet twice when we only stayed one night. We talked to hotel staff and they told us the elevators get stuck all the time... then why are they not fixing it? Or at least put up songage to warm people the elevators are finicky...? The bed was super uncomfortable because my husband weighs more than me, so I kept falling to his side all night. The rooms are neat and had a good space and definitely creative touch for those on long stays but over all, for the price I will stay elsewhere next time. I would have done a 3-4 star review without the room invasion, stuck elevator, and rude night staff that didnt care.... but with those included, it earned a 1 star if not for the sweet front desk in the day shift and the sweet bartender. They are what gained a star up to the two star I left.
