Bad experience
I got two King rooms, they were not near each other. One room had a āprivate balconyā with a spring bed. The balcony was not as private, it was a small 3ftx6ft that had waist-high open mental bars with the next room. They smoked outside, so you canāt really enjoy the balcony. The other room had an āpartial viewā with a foam bed. The view was just the patio that everyone walks by to get to their rooms. The rooms were old, smelly, and dingy. The hot tubs are next to the beds, and the laminate flooring from the hot tube to the carpet was less than a foot. Iām sure the water has soaked up the carpets before, because it smells damped. The heater/AC didnāt work in one room. The pool is indoors, in an isolated building, so it was freezing leaving the pool to get to our rooms. The pool building had showers, we wanted to warm up before leaving out the building, the water never got hot. I hope they can invest in upgrading the rooms. Would not stay here again.
