Via Expedia, we (brother-in-law and me) booked a room with two queen beds for three nights. When we arrived, we were told only king beds were available. The person at the front desk said when booking through Expedia, there was no guarantee of getting the room we had booked.
We had to book and pay for two rooms now, doubling the price. The person at the front desk did little to help us. This was at 4:30 PM, not late at night.
We then had to find other accommodations, which we did. But this hotel was 20 miles away.
We will think long and hard about using this hotel again.
