Great staff!
It turned out to be a great stay. There was a misunderstanding about the accomodations in the rooms we booked but the staff was really great about helping us out with it and we ended up really happy there . (Shout out to Zacariya at the front desk for being so great!)

Neither my wife or I could sleep at all due to an excessively noisy air conditioning unit. I finally called the front desk when a very loud metallic noise (as if something fell and struck another metal surface inside the wall) and the only response was that they would notify maintenance the next day.
Due to being exhausted and not wanting to pack all of our belongings, I did not insist on another room. However, under the circumstances, I shouldn't have had to ask. The response gave me the impression that the staff was well aware of the issue and that our comfort was not a concern.
With as much business as I have given Marriott over the years, I definitely expected better service and attention to detail, especially with something as blatant as an air conditioning unit that is positioned less than 5 feet from the guest bed.
I've stayed at a number of lodging properties in that area of varying accomodation levels. This was, by far, the WORST experience I've encountered. I certainly expected more from a Marriott branded property.

Quite surprised at the level of the rooms shabbiness. The light coming in the windows was bad. The drapes didn't keep out the street lights. The AC didn't work half the time even after they came up and fixed it. The breakfast was also horrible.

Shout out to Sharday at that front counter, she was nice! Always comfortable and quiet when we come. We stay here annually for a music festival and it's conveniently located

The only thing I did not like was the increase in parking from $10 to $13.50. Parking should be free at hotels, especially in the Suburbs.

A surprise in Conshohocken, PA
Computer system was down at check in, 11 pm. Desk clerk called manager to et us into a room, she was very sweet. I said we did not want to be by the elvator, she brought us down the hall, her key wouldn't work. Put us in the room next to elevator. Kitchen sink clogged, disposal non functional, missing a closet door [??], lighting was awful. A/C cycled constantly. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and professional all around and the bed quite comfortable. I was surprised at the conditions in the suite, perhaps this room was only used for late check ins or something.

Overall it wasnāt bad except the air conditioning didnāt work. I let the front desk know the first night and they said itās too late and maintenance would fix it next day. Next morning I reminded front desk again. I was out all day and when I returned it still wasnāt fixed and had to ask the third time, maintenance guy took a look and offered me a fan and said it would take another day. I stayed 5 days and 4 nights and on checkout I let the front desk know again that it still wasnāt fixed. I was out most the day everyday and didnāt want to switch rooms which they had offered.
