6/10 - Bom

Unfortunately, we didn't have a pleasant stay. We stayed for a very short weekend, and many unbelievable things happened. At first, I asked for a cot in my room because my baby couldn't sleep on the bunk beds. So, it was already 1 am (we arrived around midnight, when someone took the crib to our room). Then, breakfast —a huge queue, which is understandable, given the whole “Disneyland experience”. However, it was getting messier and messier. They couldn't find our names in an old school paper list. We sat down and couldn't find a high chair for our baby; it was absolutely crowded. The fruits were: apples and a bizarre fruit salad. Not even a banana for my child. Everything was finishing up quickly, and we could see that the workers were not able to keep up. Too many people, too little staff.
By the time we got back from the park, nothing vegetarian on the menu, nothing that we could order or eat with a baby. We saw people ordering food from outside restaurants, so we did the same. Then, the unforgettable thing happened. Luckily, we were already leaving when the ceiling started to leak —not drip, but leak without stopping; it was literally raining in our room. When all of this was going on and we just wanted to leave, I found a SPIDER on the window! A huge one! It is sad. A beautiful hotel, crowded but pleasant, had so many issues that I would never recommend it. If you are used to staying in 4 or 5-star hotels, avoid it at all costs.
