The cleanliness of the property is great and is located in a convenient area with parks, stores, and restaurants nearby. Customer service was at times below average and at moments very poor. There were a couple of instances where we were questioned by staff for asking for extra towels or an extra blanket. Staff were reluctant to bring it and explained to us that we already have it in our room or that they had no extra blankets to give out. We were only given towels for 2-3 guests when we stated and paid for 4 guests, this did not seem to be relayed to house cleaning services and was a constant need for request on our 4 night stay- at times just dealing with limited towels. Next, staff members and a manager were seen being confrontational with another guest at the breakfast buffet, accusing them of going up too many times and telling them “they’ve had enough to eat”. I was very disappointed to see such distasteful customer service at this establishment. Many nearby guests were uncomfortable with the customer service displayed. The buffet was also not able to keep up with the capacity of guests and was constantly running out of hot food items at the same time (bacon, sausage, eggs). Lastly, the gym facilities could be improved as it has poor ventilation and stale odours.
