The location is pretty good in proximity to Disneyland - took about 15 minutes to walk to the maingate. If you plan to spend your whole time at Disneyland, it's great. However...
-It's LOUD. You can hear everything and everyone. We were there for the race weekend (race on Sunday) but Friday morning we could hear everyone moving around outside at 3am.
-There is a very small note on the counter regarding the air conditioner...you CANNOT set it under 70 degrees, or else the AC continues to drop. We set it to 68 degrees before we went to sleep and I woke up freezing - it was at 63 degrees, and every 30 minutes, the AC unit would make gurgling ice noises. I was awake from 3-5am. I talked to the manager in the morning - he asked if we wanted them to look at it, but I said it's fine, we'll keep it at 70. We set it there, and when we returned, it was back to 63 degrees.
-The shower head was kind of crusty (probably hard water stained).
Overall, for the price, it's fine, but if you can afford more, I would recommend more.
