Had stains on the mattress, comforter, and sheets and as me and my boyfriend were checking for more stuff we lifted the mattress only to find old food under the mattress frame so I requested new sheets and comforter at least….nope, an African American man that was working in lobby said he couldn’t give us any because “that is house keeping responsibility” so I said “okay can we at least move to another room” he says “I can’t, we are fully booked” which I mean that’s understandable so I didn’t get upset about that so than I asked if there is someone I can talk to higher up for a refund because I was just so mad that he was just not accommodating us as guest at all and I ended up talking to management next morning and he apologized for our experience being there and offer a percentage of my refund which was respectable.
Not to make it worse but the African gave us 1 sheet and 1 really thin blanket…. And they both had stains on them and looked like oil and blood stains.
Ugh so disappointing. All I wanted was to have a good resting night and warmth but no sadly.
