We booked this motel because of the price and being right off the freeway.
It is an older motel and is definitely rundown in a lot of ways (for example, the sofa in our room was a hide-a-bed and it was in such bad shape we couldn't sit on it). They also need to close the bathroom door when cleaning as it was clear that the floor behind the door hadn't been cleaned in some time.
All that being said, the bed was comfortable (it's on the firm side, but I like that), they actually use cotton sheets (not those horrible polyester sheets that are like sleeping in a plastic bag), the water pressure was good, and there was ample parking. It's not the best area, but it didn't feel dangerous. The staff was also very nice.
The breakfast was just waffles and some breads, there were no protein options at all, so if you are looking for something that will stick with you, you'll need to go out.
Overall, for the price, it was a good stay.
