During my stay, I encountered a serious issue at checkout. I was overcharged due to being billed for four days of parking instead of one. I raised this immediately at reception, and a staff member acknowledged the mistake and assured me it would be corrected.
Despite this, several weeks have passed and no refund has been processed.
I have also tried contacting the hotel multiple times by phone, but was repeatedly told to call back due to lack of English-speaking staff. This is not acceptable, especially when resolving an error made by the hotel itself.
Overall, while the room and facilities were fine, the handling of this issue has been very disappointing. Lack of follow-up, poor communication, and failure to resolve a clear overcharge significantly impacted my experience.
I would not recommend this hotel based on the after-service and customer support.
