Unsafe. Do not recommend!!!
We booked a king suite with fold out sofa and extra room. At check-in, I was asked to sign our reservation - I noticed an abbreviated code for two queen bedrooms. I questioned the staff about it and they advise that the room we booked was not available and that because we booked through hotels.com. It was also nonrefundable. They didn’t even disclose that the room wasn’t available and advised that they were aware of the lack of availability when they received the reservation from hotels.com.
They also advised that it’s a regular occurrence that they are not able to honor reservations.
Upon entering our room, we discovered that the toilet was broken.
It was EXTREMELY noisy. You could hear cars revving their engines all night.
We could hear one other hotel guest screaming “mother ….er” for hours, we could hear children, screaming and crying from the other direction.
At breakfast, a guest took my full breakfast plate of food from right under me, and proceeded to sit down and eat it.
