Pros: Staff are super friendly and helpful. Weather was gorgeous. Plenty of availability of deck chairs and towels. Three different pools, which made it easy to get away from loud music if I wanted. Waits for tables at restaurants were never more than 2-3 minutes. WiFi was fast and had very good coverage. Room was quiet, and bed was comfortable. Cons: Food was relatively bland and repetitive. Almost all non-alcoholic drink options used artificial sweetener, which made them taste pretty awful. Entertainment options were a bit meh and repetitive (daily bingo was not very interesting). Many things (elevator, faucet, hot water, urinal) broken. Pool had a lot of dead bugs in it. A lot of errors and missing orders when ordering à la carte meals, and a couple of pushy waiters who kept trying to clear plates while I was clearly still eating. Overall a serviceable stay, but not at the level of most other all-inclusives that I’ve stayed at, and quite pricey given what was offered.

The room was in poor condition. The room was dated and the plumbing and air conditioning was not in working order. I brought this to the attention of management and I had pay an additional charge of $300 to an updated room - where again the A/C was not working. There is no way for customers to tell at the time of reservation to determine which rooms are dated or updated. The management claimed that it can be deciphered from the photos available. This is an unreasonable expectation. Overall, I will not be using this property again after this experience. The service personnel also did not understand / speak english fluently and did little to help us with our needs - specifically food and beverage.

We were here for a family wedding which was wonderful. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, rooms are clean, amenities abundant. Loved the entertainment and really like that there are many staff members who have worked there for over 9 years who all voiced how much they love their job. That in itself says a lot about a resort. Will come back and stay.

I have stayed at many all-inclusives and this was the nicest. No buffets, only breakfast, but the restaurant food was excellent. Perfect location with a swimmable beach a 5 min walk away.

The pool was enjoyable, but the highlight of the trip was definitely the staff. People are what make or break an experience, and the staff was friendly, knowledge and professional.

Just back from our weeklong stay at Sandos Finisterra. This was our first all-inclusive stay anywhere and the first time either of us have stayed at a resort like this, also first time to Cabo. From the first step in the door, the service is excellent. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the property and the ocean (Junior Suite, Ocean View). None of the rooms are super close to the water, but they all have nice views with the rooms on the upper floors seemingly having better views. Housekeeping was great. We tried each of the restaurants for dinner, only had lunch at Agave or the pizza/sushi place by the pool, and had breakfast most mornings at Don Diego. The breakfast buffet is spectacular, with everything you could want. I had coffee most mornings at Cupcake and and grabbed a donut or a croissant for a morning snack before breakfast, the croissants were delicious! All our dinners were good, nothing spectacular, but really good food options which was a pleasant surprise. The steak at Agave was great and the cheesecake was delicious. The marina is an easy walk if you want some variety. Spent some days at the pool hanging out and watching the incredible staff there hustle and work all day. Carlos, Gabriel, and Alejandro work so hard and make sure your drink's never empty while Carmen and Enrique keep everyone entertained. We loved the music and movie trivia. Overall, I definitely recommend a stay here. Sunrises on the beach are a must!

Very nice resort, food was exceptional especially the cupcake cafe. Disappointing that the beach was unswimmable due to the currents but it was nice to walk along.

The adult pool with the bar was dirty. There was a bad smell. The water was murky and almost soapy. The food was horrible except for the steak we had. Chicken soup was basically just water and everything else not good either. Like no effort to make the food taste good.

The location is perfect for walking into town. The pools are nice and poolside food and drink service is really good. We arrived after a hurricane so the elevators were down which made things a little more challenging but it was understandable. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.

The staff is awesome! Norma, Joel, Amadeus, Adi, Jorge & Alba were the best! The hallways, pool & its surroundings could’ve been cleaned a lot more. We saw so many moths & beetles.

The staff is very friendly. at the restaurant Alberto was always checking in making sure we were enjoying our dinner/lunch. At the pool bar Jerry makes the best drinks and he was very welcoming! From check in to check out we had a great stay.
