We arrived late night after driving for 7 hours to learn that they had overbooked and given our room away. They didn't have another suite to replace it, so our 6'3" exchange student that was traveling with us had to sleep on a little cot that could only be placed right in front of the bathroom door. There was a reason I had booked a suite with a separated area for him to sleep in.
After all that we didn't get to sleep until after 2am and then I was awoken at 6am by the guests above us. You could hear every single step they took. Needless to say all of this was frustrating, but the staff was nice and the room was clean. They definitely need to work on their system though, that allows for them to overbook and give away rooms that guests are planning on.
