My room smelled like dog pee they allow dogs so they couldnt change my room because it was at ful capacity .... Which means they've made tons of money on this property they should spend some money on the cleaning products.....just so you know I rather of stayed in my truck for two days instead of pee smelled room I am a semi truck driver I paid a little more for a Travelodge rather then the red hotel that was next to my job stayed here for two nights and my room smelled strongly of dog urine from the moment I checked in. This hotel allows pets, but the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. And I know they can smell it before they did clean the room ( I mean they made the bed ) As a semi‑truck driver, I paid extra to stay at the Travelodge instead of the cheaper hotel next door because I expected a clean, comfortable room. Instead, I had to deal with a constant pee smell and no offer to switch rooms. Very disappointing experience.

My stomach (gallbladder) flaired up on our way home from boston mass. I always love staying with the Wyndham brand hotels. I was very upset/disappointed. The Black MOLD was abbressive to say it politely. I had to take a hot shower immediately to relax my stomach spasms. I had to wait several minutes for attendee to check me in. I then had to wait even longer to get into room because key card wouldn't work. My boyfriend went to front desk to reset key card. Still didn't work so a guy who i can only assumed work for the hotel came to assist. After several attempts to get key card to workto open the DOOR and the pure discomfort i was displaying from My gallbladder he rushed to fix it. Several minutes later he came back with a carx that finally worked. The bed was hard, pillows flat, the mold in that bathroom is unsettling. I know for the price i wasnt expecting anything fancy but i stayed at the super 8 by Wyndham days before for the same price and i had no complaints!

One thing after another….

I booked and paid to reserve a smoking room. Upon check in I was told that there were not any smoking rooms available. I opted to stay in a non-smoking room. I then was told that I had to pay a $20 cash deposit. I had no cash so had to find an ATM in the area that wouldn’t charge me $5, to use it. That don’t happen. So in short I don’t really save any money by booking online. The room was $10 cheaper but with the deposit, I ended up paying $17 more for it including the ATM fees. Once we got to the room the television didn’t work. We called the front desk and they sent a man to the room. He couldn’t figure it out. After the next shift arrived we called again. The man that came to the room, was upfront with us. Told us that this was the first time he had heard that the tv didn’t work. No communication throughout staff. Then we weren’t even able to switch rooms, bowler did they offer us any compensation for the broken TV.

Unprofessional house keeping and management

The room was not checked properly for guest use. Several things were missing: no blanket for the bed, no facial tissue. Shower head was not working. I was unable to take a shower. Uncleaned towels with hairs attached. A coffee maker was ffilled with a dirty water which seemed it was never washed for a long time.

Staff was very nice.

The staff was in. the room had an odd smell & the cleaning crew didn't clean the coffee pot or restock the coffee , creamer & sugar for 2 of the 3 days we were there. Over all I was satisfied. Worth the price & comfortable.

Gross and creepy

The first room we had was terrible. Everything was dingy and dirty. The remodeling was poorly done and easily noticeable. We called and had our room changed. The second room was a little cleaner but not much it had no heat. Everything in the rooms needs to be updated new linens and shower curtain would help a lot. White bedding should be white not stain covered. Very gross and creepy.

The hotel is old and dirty. It was fine for what I needed...a place to sleep...but I wouldn't recommend it for much more than that.

For an older hotel is was in great shape just enough lighting in the bath room for a good shave enough lighting and lights in the room to feel comfortable and not in a dungeon I'd stay again.

Run down, cracked walls, spiders/cobwebs in the corners, smelled horrible! Checked in went to my room, turned back around and checked out!

Pet friendly??

Everything was good except for elevated rate for dog show and SURPRISE pet fee. 10 dollars per dog is unreasonable for dog exhibitors. We have small dogs in crates. There was no damage or noise. The per dog fee is a money grab. We won't be able to stay here again.

Mixed feelings

The room was comfortable, the bed excellent and there was plenty of linen. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. However, the bathroom door wouldn't close,and a drawer ion the bedside table wouldn't stay closed. There was some hair stuck in the bathtub. The breakfast food was barely edible. Although the orange juice dispenser was marked "Florida", it sure didn't taste like as if it had ever come off a tree. The coffee was awful and the yogurt supply had run out. Where has the fresh fruit gone from these continental breakfasts gone? Although the room was a bit outdated, it was fine.

very nice property and very quiet good breakfast. The bathroom door would not close and was noisy waking up the baby. I would stay again.
