I was pleasantly surprised how well the hotel was taken care of, especially for being close to the seawall. I'll be using this hotel again. Thanks!

It the cheapest in Galveston. The furniture is so horribly outdated. The family that runs the place are really nice ppl.

2/10 - Insatisfatório

This is not a very family friendly place to stay. Place is very run down, toilets in the breeze way, pictures of the hotel are not the same when you arrive. Very much false advertisement.

very clean and great location.

A better expenditure of funds, would be renting a room at the local crack house at least there you know you'd have hospitality and good service and possibly a clean bed

The furniture is beyond outdated and the staff kinda rude.

Dirty stain blankets .i asked if they could switch out the blankets the were stain with yellow and brown spots. i was told they didnt have anyone to switch out blankets. So i had to go to walmart and purchase new blankets .

Room was filthy and the overall hotel is in disrepair. We left and checked into another hotel.

You get the dollar value for the stay but the most important part was communication from the staff they accommodated well. Looking forward to staying here again.

I would like to have my $50 back as told I would receive from your company.

The two lamps between the beds did not work. Room door main latch did not work properly half the time unless you banged on it with your fist. 2 grown adults in room and had 1 hand towel and one washcloth so had to go to desk to get more. Had to pay a fee of $52 dollars at check in they said to cover possible damages. Told them at check out all I stated above and if any damages occurred before I got there. Won’t be going back

8/10 - Muito boa

Surprisingly, clean room and comfortable bed, A/C worked well (and reasonably quiet). Only negative was A/C was not on when I arrived. It took about 2 1/2 hours to get reasonably cool. Staff was efficient at check i & check out.

Extremely filthy. We did not stay after seeing the room.

This is an ancient building that needs to be torn down. The sheets were clean but everything else was suspicious. The A/C was working well. $100 was a great deal, but you get what you pay for!

Everything the room was filthy, stains on bed sheets dirty floor, toilet seat dirty this hotel fotos was not same as it really was nothing compared 😑

2/10 - Insatisfatório

The whole property was filthy from first arriving. I found the staff incredibly unhelpful and my heart stopped when we reached the room. The door had been smashed in previously and not repaired or painted the room stunk amd the aircon was not working - the WC was not secure and moving, the sheets had not been changed and had lipstick on them. I was in the property for approximately 20 minutes to take photographs and complain to Hotels.com. I confronted the staff about the state of the room as it bore no resemblance to the advertised photos and he sneakily laughted and said “its the same property but nobody said the photos were recent ones!” I checked out 20 minutes after arriving, I guessed that I would sooner sleep on Galveston beach than in the property. However, I went to the hotel next door, as soon as I walked in they said have you come from Island Inn, I explained that I had and they said it was a regular occurrence. Avoid this hotel like the plague. Hotels.com would not allow me a refund.

There were roaches in the bathtub(not a jetted tub as advertised) and crusty stains on the bedding and towels.

The rooms are NOT like the pictures on the website. They were old and dirty. I recommend not staying here.

I liked how close to the beach it was. Otherwise the room was filthy, air conditioner leaked on the floor. Tile floor was cracked and sunken in in a couple of spots

The AC was excellent. The room was clean but it was a bit basic, not at all like the pictures showed
Avaliação verificada

2/10 - Insatisfatório

The room was very dirty. Air conditioning worked good but water was all over the floor. We were in the 2nd floor. The floor was weak where the water from the ac was. Location was the only good thing about this hotel.
