Came from Fruita, CO for my husband’s birthday Check in was great. We arrived to the hotel an hour and. A half early and were allowed to check in. Room was a bit smaller than we are used to. Shower/toilet area was very small. Separate handwashing area which I do not like, but a lot of people do. Water pressure was horrible. Water got way hot. Which is good for some people, but not so good for people with kids! Safe was available, robes were there to use or purchase, fridge and Keurig. Everything was fairly clean. There had been coffee spilt on the Kcups that was not cleaned or exchanged.
Our biggest problem was the AC. It was fairly warm the day we were there. Horrible nights sleep. The AC would make a loud sound when shutting off or turning on that sounded like someone was entering the room. So we were woken all throughout the night. We checked in, showered, then headed to the Vaudeville show. We weren't in the room long enough to hear the AC issue. We did inform front desk manager at check out. He said he would look into it. We won’t be staying again because for the price we paid we expected a good night sleep.
