Dirty, Roach infested Room
The place was dirty. It smelled like a dog had stayed in the room and no one cleaned up after the dog. A random shock was under the AC. Attention to detail was not there. It was like no one cleaned the room in months. There was food in the freezer along with caked up ice everywhere. I thought the bathroom was cleaned until I checked the toilet. I had to make the best of it with Clorox wipes and Lysol. I slept with my blanket on top of the sheets after I Lysol it and another blanket on top of me. I slept with my clothes on and was unable to feel comfortable enough to do anything. I also saw roaches in the bathroom on the walls and floor. The solution will be someone actually cleaning and ensuring housekeeping staff is held accountable for not doing there job. But when there is an independent owner of a major company, this is what you get. No effort. I didn't check out the breakfast or anything else. I do not recommend this hotel unless cleaning is improved and an exterminator is called. Great location however with so much potential.
