We had an awful frustrating experience. We booked our room online with hotels.com. When we arrived, the front desk checked us in and then claimed our reservation was cancelled and they didn’t have any more rooms available. We never cancelled our reservation and neither did hotels.com. The front desk cancelled our reservation after they checked us in and gave our room to someone else and blamed it on hotels.com. This weekend was for my daughter’s birthday and this incident ruined it. However we were glad it happened after constantly hearing the fire alarms going off while we were sitting in the parking lot trying to get everything straightened out so we could book elsewhere. The whole experience with this hotel/resort was terrible. I’ll never book with them again.
