I can no longer recommend this hotel. The staff and management is dishonest. I paid for a nautical suite with a view of the marina and 1300 square feet of space. I was given a room with 500 square feet of space, a view of the pool, and no living area. This was a celebration for my birthday and the hotel ran out of my room type. The problem got worse when I asked the staff is the room was the same type I reserved. They lied to me and said yes. I asked to speak with a manager and at first she also tried to say I booked the smaller room and blamed Expedia/Hotels.com. Later she offered me $50 for the mistake. I Asher if this was the fair value and she indicated yes. Once again, this was dishonest. I’ve stayed at this property over ten times and can no longer recommend you book here if they treat people like this and then are dishonest. I called hotels dot com and the manager refused to make the situation right. I’m sorry this property has gone downhill like this.
