Branson Towers seems to be very disorganized and understaffed. Check in was 4pm, we got there shortly after 4 to a line of at least 20 people. Waited through the line to find out our room wasn't ready, we were told to check back, by this time there was at least 20 people in line behind us. Room still not ready 20 minutes later and the lobby was full of people seemingly also waiting for their room so we decided to go eat. Got back and waited in line again, they couldn't find our room info so after looking several times it was printed again. We got to our room, opened the door to find that the room was already occupied! Went back to the front desk, waited in line once again, and they eventually found another room for us, this time unoccupied but 2 1/2 hours after we had first arrived to check in. The TV didn't have a signal, called the front desk, very little help, no offer to send someone to fix. Eventually I found a part, very difficult to access, to be unplugged. I overheard enough to know that we were not the only ones experiencing room/reservation problems. A very disappointing experience, definitely don't recommend .
