The staff at the front desk were rude. I couldn't understand his english I don't have a problem with different cultures but over the phone I couldn't make out what he was saying. My wife pulled up and DID NOT like the look of the place. So, I had to rebook at SPARKS Hilton down the St. I looked at the reviews online and they were horrible ALL 1 & 2 stars, nax 3 stars. And the fact that they asked for a $100 CASH deposit was off putting. My wife traveling alone with our babies could not stay there. I had to rebook at another hotel (I have proof, for same day and time, stamped). Called for a refund and was given a hard time about that...Yes I found a great deal! but, BIG, BIG mistake. Had I would have been present there with her MAYBE this location would have been fine. This LOCATION was SKETCHY for a woman traveling alone. I am requesting a FULL REFUND! On top of ALL this we had a medical emergency that your STAFF cared nothing about. You guys need customer service training, speech and phone etiquette training and a make over of clean dishes, sheets and fresh paint along with a bombing roaches have been reported. .
