Check-in was a breeze, fast a d efficient. I was even allowed to check-in a bit early too.
Pros: A very comfortable mattress. Each room has an ironing board and iron; flat screen tv; cubby hole spaces to place clothing and hooks & hangers. Breakfast was spot on and offered a variety of items including scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and sausage. A couple of dry cereal options; yogurt; bagels; bread for toast; fresh fruit including bananas, apples and oranges. The coffee bar had a selection of teas and a coffee maker with creamer, which was open and available 24/7.
Cons: the room floors were vinyl tiles made to appear like wooden planks. IDK what was used to keep the floor clean, but it also made the floor just a bit slippery to my tennis shoes.
The bathroom was well appointed and modern, wi5h liquid soap, hand cream,. (in the shower) shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Shower only, no tubs in the standard rooms. One rather big issue or concern was the plastic shower floor. IDK if it was the shower pan itself or the cleaner used in the shower, but once it became wet while using, IT WAS ALSO DANGEROUSLY SLIPPERY!! The only resolution to the slippery shower floor was to place a hand-towel onto the floor during use of the shower to prevent a slip and fall accident from occurring!! Seriously. This is of particular concern as the shower doors are made of glass, and i am sure a slip and fall in the shower would result in a serious accident.
Overall I enjoyed my stay.
