The room showed a good bit of wear, but the lower price reflected that, so that was perfectly fine because it seemed clean. Staff was courteous; housekeepers very much so. Breakfast was nothing special but adequate and, again, the price reflected that. Offerings were cold cereal, oatmeal packets, oranges and bananas, commercial pastries, scrambled eggs and sausage patties. The only issue with breakfast was that there was not nearly enough seating. The pool looked inviting, with a connection from the indoor pool directly into the outdoor one, which was cool. The mattresses were comfortable, but the bedding provided was seriously inadequate. You got a sheet and a very thin coverlet … that was it! We were so cold in the middle of the night, but when we turned on the heater it dried out the room so badly that it amounted to more discomfort, so we had to choose which was worse. Bring a blanket or sleeping bag with you, if possible. The beds really weren’t big enough for two adults to share comfortably, so keep that in mind if you have more than two people. Very convenient to the airport. Restaurants within walking distance. Overall, it would have been just fine and well worth the price if they only provided blankets.
