Upon our arrival, the agent requested my husband's id when the reservation for 2 rooms was in my name and on my credit card. Once we got settled in our room we discovered there was a leak in the shower coming from the 2nd floor with water on the bathroom floor, when we reported this to the same desk clerk he informed us there were no other rooms available and that someone would check out the problem in the morning, which never happened he offered my husband 1 towel to clean the mess up his manager stepped in and offered my husband his apologies. The next morning the breakfast was amazing and the staff a lady at the front desk was very helpful when my grandson lost his earbuds in breakfast area which we later found. When we came in Saturday evening, we discovered the ice machine was out of order, so my husband went to the front desk and the same desk clerk from the night before informed him the manager had ordered 1 bag of ice for the entire hotel and there was none left. I couldn't believe it, so I went to talk to the gentlemen myself he told me the same thing. I returned to my room and a few minutes later I got a call from the same desk clerk saying they had just received 2 bags of ice, and we could now come back and get a bucket of ice for 1 room not the 2nd room. When I asked him about the pool and sauna which also had an out of order sign on it, he informed me it was only available in the spring, which was one of the perks advertised. One employee affected our whole stay
