Aceitável

A estadia foi bem tranquila, os quartos são espaçosos e possui cama muito confortável. Solicitamos serviço de quarto inúmeras vezes que não foi correspondido, faltam opções de suco no café da manhã e alimentos salgados, além de fruta. Fora isso tudo ocorreu bem, a piscina também não estava funcionando o que nos frustrou bastante, por termos escolhido este hotel por conta disso

Yes, the room was clean and there were no odors. Lisa and Tony were so friendly and accomodating for our 5 nights stay. Lisa said the washing machine was broken and couldn't get it scheduled for repair due to the holidays. I enjoyed the holiday decorations in the lobby. Made it very nice and homey for the holidays. I did take walk and the lake was lovely. The staff should let guests know about it. I didn’t realize it was in the back yard, so to speak, until the 3rd day I was there! We didn’t have a view, but I did ask for a room on 2nd floor on check-in but was told there were no vacancies and it would be more expensive to change rooms since we had a good rate, and the rooms on 2nd floor had queen size but ours was king size on first floor, I think that is what Tony and Lisa said. The sink drained very slowly. I informed staff and after a few days it was better. The breakfast was hot and FREE which was nice but there was no variety, only eggs, sausage, bread, waffles, cold cereal, coffee/milk, apple juice, yogurt, every day we were there. Please offer hot sauce, tortillas, potatoes, non-dairy milk/creamer, bananas, orange juice, and oatmeal. The vending machine didn’t have much variety, especially since restauranrs close early, and are not close by, except for Whataburger. I wanted some hot tea one evening and Tony provided me some hot water, I had to ask for it. I brought my tea bag. Please have some hot water for guests, and tea bags, after the dining area is closed. TY

3 things i did not like while i was here... the man that works the day shift is quite ride. Apperently i was in his way getting coffee after breakfast and he stood behind me the entire time grunting. Everything from breakfast time was pretty much put up and the coffee was the last thing and i guess he was in a rush or samething but nonetheless it was rude as hell how he was acting. Then I had a visitor at 10:45AM and he was trying to charge me already for another person!! He came to our door twice within an hour over it and both times he was just rude. The 3rd would be house keeping. Our last day while we were packing up and putting stuff in the car she just stood at the door waiting on us to leave like we were the only people there that she was waiting on. She kept looking at us as if we were doing something wrong while she was talking to the other house keeper. It was just flat out uncalled for and very unprofessional. I really should have messed the room up so she actually had something to clean!! The ladyvin the afternoons was amazing though!! The room was "lean

First, I didn't especially appreciate having to give an unexpected $100 deposit at check in. Especially since I wouldn't give 20 bucks for everything in that room combined. They had to inspect the room at check out for you to get it back. Certainly makes the guest question the type of clientele they expect there. Not a real secure feeling. Also there was really loud music coming from somewhere nearby. Not sure if at the hotel or over at the adjoining apartments...I just know there was a rhythmic bass thump all.night.long. We won't be staying here again. I should have been suspicious that the rate was $30 lower than anything else I saw. Guess you get what you pay for.

First, the check in took an hour bc they had not received reservation from Expedia, the room was terrible and the tv didn’t even work and the guy on staff just smiled and let us know it would be fixed AFTER we were gone. Absolutely the WORST experience!!!

Terrible service and NOT clean and had cockroaches in my room. No towels in the bathroom, front desk doesn’t answer customer service calls. Breakfast was toast and waffles. I can’t believe this place is open! I definitely DO NOT recommend this place!!!

I stayed at the Quality Suites Inn in Dallas, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The property had a persistent smoke odor, and there were frequent smells of marijuana throughout the building, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. In addition, I noticed a strong mold odor, which raised concerns about cleanliness and air quality. For the price being charged, the stay did not offer good value. The environment is not suitable for families or children, as it does not feel clean, safe, or welcoming. I would recommend management address these issues to improve both the quality and guest experience.

Hot, Hard & Loud

Depending on what direction you come from, it isn’t super convenient to get into the parking lot. At check-in, the staff was very friendly but the card machine was difficult. Our room was on the back of the building, on the top floor. For some reason there are two office desk chairs beside the stairs. (Strange lawn chairs) The room appeared clean. The bed was kind of hard. The AC would freeze you out when it was on, and you would sweat to death when it cut off. It was difficult to regulate no matter how you put the settings. The hotel is right beside apartments so when the partiers arrive home at 2-3am with their radio thumping, you will hear it. And just as that noise dies down, the roar from the interstate starts up, and around 6am you get to sprinkle in some car honking. Not even my Lunesta could combat all the noise.
