Staying at the Kixby Hotel felt genuinely personal from the moment we arrived. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, always attentive without ever feeling overbearing. There’s a warmth to the place—the soft scent in the lobby, the cozy yet modern ambiance—that immediately makes you feel welcome after a long day in the city.
One thing that really stood out to me was how clean everything was, especially the room. It wasn’t just surface-level tidy—it felt fresh, well cared for, and thoughtfully maintained. The linens were crisp, the bathroom spotless, and even the small details, like the floors and surfaces, were immaculate. That level of cleanliness made it easy to fully relax and enjoy the stay.
The location is another huge plus. I didn’t have to catch any transportation to enjoy Manhattan! The subway is also steps away whenever I wanted to explore even more of NY. And I can’t forget the water station—I loved being able to grab cold, fruit-infused water whenever I wanted. It was such a small touch, but it made a big difference.
At this point, the Kixby has become my go-to whenever I’m in New York City!
