During our stay, we contracted and paid for parking in an area designated and instructed by the hotel. However, to our surprise, we later received multiple parking fines issued by the Town of Snowmass Village for that same area.
At check-out, we immediately raised the issue with Ms. Jasmine at the front desk. We were informed that the matter would be resolved by the hotel. Unfortunately, the only follow-up we received was the parking payment receipt, with no mention or clarification regarding the fines.
This situation was extremely frustrating, as we relied on the hotel’s guidance regarding where to park. Guests should not be penalized for following the hotel’s instructions.
We hope management reviews this situation carefully to prevent future guests from experiencing similar issues.
