However, the studio room shows that thereâs a balcony with the room, that was the whole point of booking the room. When I got the room there was no balcony, I called the front desk and spoke to Yohan, he helped us in checkin in as well. After we checked in, I went to the front desk ,and asked them that why I donât have a balcony with my room. They told me call them in an hour to change the room. But, when I called them 6 times, I had no
answer. My wife called them
as well. After some time, they said that there was something wrong with the phoneline. It was already 10:30 pm, and I checked out @9:30 am. Overall, itâs not worth $464 per night for service like that.
